If you notice, the very last word of the top line is "Neo". :) I've certainly seen cels of 
Neo Queen for less than $600, but I've *never* seen ANY cels of Queen Serenity for sell - if I had, 
I'm sure one would be in my collection! :<

I have to agree with you, though, the star on her forehead does make her more desirable. And even 
though Mistress 9 doesn't even really make it onto my list of favorite (or even like-able) characters, the cel seems 
to have grown on me and I'm not looking to sell her. ^_^
