I really did not say anything to that extreme. What I have
said is that as of now, a deal that I going with Abdel has
become problematic. If you were to use a bank draft or wire
transfer, I think a situation like this could not happen.
There is also a chance that what has happened to me could
still work out well, but since no else seemed to be speaking
up about their experiences with abdel (either positive or
negative), I thought that I should at least recount what has
happened to me.

In his defence, international registered mail can be slow (I have
had stuff take up to 2 1/2 weeks to arrive) and I do not know
the French mail system well enough to say if a four week delay was
unreasonable or unexpected. Also, from the type of letter he used
to send the money back (it basically used gum adhesive), it is
possible it could have been opened in transit and resealed
before I got it. I will say he is slightly annoying in regards
to prompt payment when dealing with international situations
and he has poor choice in what he uses to send stuff out. Beyond
that I will not comment until this whole situation is over.

Hope that clears up some of what I said before. I had to cut
some stuff because the message kept bouncing due to size. Yann
you might to increase the message size limit a bit if you are
reading this.

Marcus
