Hi all. Does anyone know if CitiAnime is still selling cels?
They have no prices on any of them. I've e-mailed them three
times about a particular cel. Why don't they answer? Don't
they want my money? Although I did notice one of their
pages was last updated in February of '98... But they are 
new on the Cels Guide. So someone should be there. I got a 
message saying they were on vacation but they're back now. Do
they have too much e-mail to respond to it or do they just
not want my money?
