Once the moisture got between the layers of cels for a
period of time, it already changed the texture of the cels,
that's why you saw these type of molded marks/dirts on them.
As far as I know, there are no chemicals can get rid of
them. Once they're molded, you have to perserve it better
and not let anymore moisture to go within the cel layers.
This problem usually appears when there are 2 or more cels
stack together. |
