I just wanted to give thanks to some of my favorite cel dealers
as well and one of them is Noriko.  She is great!  I can't say
enough good things about her.  Her prices are good and she
tells you in the description if there are any problems with
the cel and if it comes with a pencil.  Also, she includes enlargements
which allow the buyer to check the cell for any of those problems.
She actually takes the time to go out and try to research the
little known shows and get the right names for the right
characters.  Like I said...she is great!

Also, I adore Anime Shop Vi.  She also gives an indicator of the 
condition of the background, cel and pencil sketch.  Her
prices are really great.  Especially on backgrounded cels. You
should have seen some of her Hyper Police cels.  They were
great, but I don't collect that series.  She is very nice and
packages everything really good and is fast.  She is wonderful.

There are alot of other dealers who are really good as well. Yes,
I like Dwayne from Amine Gambit as well and Bruce/Karen from exCel.
Actually, I have never had a problem with a dealer, but I just
wanted to give special thanks to the two mentioned above.
