Whenever you send an international postal money order to Japan it is
ALWAYS the pink one. Your post office should have told you this as
it's a very common thing.
However, I have found that to other countries, the post office is often
confused. For example, I was told that to Switzerland, I would have to
send the money order that takes weeks, yet Animanga, will accept the
normal pink IPMO.
Your best bet before mailing any kind of payment is to ask the person
you will be mailing it to, what kind of IPMOs they normally receive.
