Hi all, I'm looking for a cel of a villain from 
dragonball, called Cell!I know he is a pretty rare 
character but if you have one (Preferably a full figure and/or w/background...Wishful thinking ^ ^) and are even 
slightly considering giving it up, drop me an email.
