I have had cels pass through my hands that were stuck to the front
of the drawing that I sold in excess of $100 and up. Though a cel
stuck to a drawing might be worth less than one that is not, a cel
stuck to rice or tissue paper (which is what it really is), should
not really change in value, as the paper can be torn off without
a trace. |
