I'm glad you decided to go for it and get the cels you wanted. :)
Normally it takes Pocket about a day to get back to you, but
since they just updated, they are processing all the orders at
the same time. From my experiance, they will get back to you
when they are done with the lottery, regardless if your cel was
part of the lottery or not. So I would give it another couple
of days.
