Hi!!!

I've cleaned one of my cels in the past,
but it was not one that was stuck together.
I don't know if this will help of not, but
when I cleaned mine, I used a very soft cloth
(one that doesn't leave little annoying little
peices of fuzz ) and dampened it alittle and
really gently wipped off the dirty spots.
It's a really good idea to have a fan or something
creating a breeze to try the water fast, 
as water seems to make
some cels stick together. Anyway, it worked perfectly
for me, and the once dirty cel looks perfect now!!!
