Since Pocket is being really nice and not refusing orders,
I suggest you order if you really want the cel. Do it quickly,
because I have seen some cels that have just been sitting there
for a long time, suddenly the show becomes popular and all the
cels are gone.

After the lottery is over, people will advertise here that they
are looking for "Pocket Partners", so you can join in the money
transfer with them. You can advertise also. There are a couple
of known collectors that do a mass money transfer and many of us
join in with them. So it is really easy.
