There's Artworks Osaka and Panic Media Mix, also in Osaka.  

If you pick up an issue of Animage, you might find their ads 
inside.  Unfortunately, I don't have the full address for 
Panic Media Mix posted, since it's all kanji.  If I remember, 
I'll scan in their maps (hoping a friend will let me use 
his scanner).
