You shouldn't put the paper next to the cel, that's most likely to stick. Paper should be outside the cel bag. If you're talking about the pencil sketch, I recommend keeping all of your pencil sketches together in a separate cel book (no bag needed) away from the cels (but hidden away in the same closet). I've had some cels where the bag clings tightly, but I wouldn't call it stuck. I had an old cel (older than me...) actually stick to plastic (I don't know what kind). Keys
