Hello Folks, Normally I don't like getting involved in these discussions, but I felt the need to write something here. Firstly, I think if anyone has such strong opinions about something, they should reveal their identity. People will respect you more if you have the integrity and courage to stand behind your opinions. They may not agree with you, but everyone is entitled to an opinion. If you are not willing to put a name to the message, people will think that you are ashamed to feel this way. If you're not willing to stand behind your words, how valid are they? Secondly, I personally would not order any cel that I could not pay for immediately. I don't know how Isato conducts business, so I can't comment on what she/he does. If she is honest and forthright with the dealer when she first orders, and the dealer has no qualms about holding a cel for weeks then there should not be a problem. Isato is entitled to do this, and I dont see anything wrong with it. However, if Isato does not tell the dealer that there will be some delay in payment, then Isato is being very inconsiderate. If you look at my gallery, you'll see that I have less than 30 cels. If i bought every cel I wanted, I would own over a 100. So this is a little advice to all the collectors, we can't afford to have every cool cel. Collecting cels is supposed to be a hobby. When it begins to hamper our finances, it is no longer a fun thing to do. Well that's it. If you disagree with me, please reply and let me know how what you think. Thanks for listening! Edmond Kwan |
