This also happened to me, although my order was for laserdiscs
and not cels. Later on, Han told me via email that his replies
to my earlier emails were bounced (which doesn't explain why
his email finally got through). In any case, I don't think he
purposely ignores a potential customer without justification.

Phew! It's good to be back at my computer with the T1 connection.
