I'm not an expert, but my instinct is that soaking a cel in water is a very good idea. There have also been webpages that say not to put any sort of liquid on cels (see the "Additional Info" section of "The Internet Guide to Anime Cels" for some of these informative sites or search the forum for this topic) Also, I think the reason you're not seeing a post button is because you have to scroll all the way to the right to see it. Since the original poster did not put breaks in on all of his lines, the button should appear far towards the right where his text ends. Keys
