I'd be wary of those cels. Compared to images seen on TV,
something just seems off.

Since there are no registration holes or sequence numbers,
either this cel is trimmed or it's a repro.
This doesn't look like a Japanese made reproduction, since
the US logo is on there, not the Japanese one.
I would not recommend bidding on those cels if you want
a production cel. If you like the image and think it's cute, to me, it's overpriced fan art.
