I purchased a cel from them a little over a month ago.
In my case they were verry friendly to deal with.
For the most part, my emails were replied within 24hrs,
though their English is limited.  As for shipping, my cel
came EMS, quite well packed (in my opinion) approximately
two weeks after I had sent out the IPMO.  As for the quality
of the cels, in my case, not only was the cel the theatrical
size, (something I didn't know when I bought it) it was
in nearly perfect condition, meaning, no line fading, 
stuck pencil sketch, very few scratches in the plastic etc..
I would buy from them without hesitation the next time they
have a cel I want, or can afford. Hope this helps.
