I've dealt with Anime Paradise in the past and found them 
to be excellent. They were fast in reply, and in shippment.
When a problem occured, they rectified it imediately and 
appologized for any inconvenience. Great experience. 
Actually all the people I have dealt with have been very 
friendly and helpful, and as a cynic I've been suprised at
how genuine everyone appears to be. Wow.
