Hi.

Here's my suggestions:

1.  get a copy of either paintshop or Adobe 
Photoshop (which I prefer) or get access to the programs.

2.  Make a backup copy of all images (just in case)

3.  Use Adobe (or photoshop) and in the menu bar at the 
top of your screen, go through all of the options until 
you find an Image size option.

4.  Make the image the size you want it.  This is a trial
and error process until you get an idea of what you want.  

5.  Save the new images and link them to the old images.

6.  if you need HTML help, give me an e-mail
