I take it this is a personal question, since many people
will have different ideas of THE best cel :)
My one wish is for the opening sequence of Trigun, last 
scene, where Vash is seated against the bullet-ridden wall.

I would drop more than Lodoss prices for that one!
(oops, I think I just hiked up the prices ...)
