From what I've read on this forum and heard from other people,
the couple that runs Nichebei seem to value their personal
lives over their business. Which is understandable, but what
I find strange is that their customer service drops down to
zero when their personal lives clash with their business.
I hope that some day they'll figure this out and find a better
way to handle things.
I'm sure, though that eventually they will get back to you
regarding the cels you ordered. |
