Cels Forum

Well, I like to think that I'm a reasonable person to
deal with.  If he'd told me that A.C. had said they 
"couldn't find the cel" or whatever his story is, I would've
said, "OK, never mind then."  (I only bought the second cel 
because shipping would be cheaper - alone I would've just
not bought it - REALLY wanted that Dragon Half cel!!!)

Instead, what bothers me here is that he NEVER said a word
about it.  He said he "bought the cels" then asked
for the money, which I sent.  Then he said he sent the
cels.  He never mentioned that he only sent ONE.  AND
he never offered a refund for the cel I paid for and never
received until AFTER I received the 1 cel and wrote to ask
where the other one was.  Doesn't it seem a little odd
not to mention to a buyer that the cel she has paid for
is not available, ESP. when mailing her package?  THAT's
why the story seems ridiculas to me...
