I think Fuzz (Dave) has been trying to pull out of cel dealing for awhile now, I'm not sure if his site is still active. As for Anime Nation, they're not a cel dealer at heart and aren't really set up to handle it. Often times, you don't know if you "got" a cel until it arrives at your door step. Most of the times with me they've been nice enough to email me and tell me if the item is already sold. Did they charge you for it? If so, I would write them and explain your situation. Keys
