And eBay is not always down! It is an internet service powered
by machines that are run by human man-power. Both are overloaded
with work and thus can't always handle the volume.
They are constantly upgrading and improving, but sometimes there
are just too many users and they can't keep up, but they are
working as fast as they can 24 hours a day.
All those people that say bad things about eBay should have a
a little consideration. If you don't like how they opperate,
there are many other auction places on the net you can go to
