Well, if it helps console you, Californians have to pay sales tax to stores such as Nichibei (cels) or DVD Express or Reel.com (DVDs). But actually, there aren't all that many cel stores in California. Most are internet based too, and only don't have physical stores-- they only appear at conventions. I found that over 901001516040f the cels that I bought were from the internet, even though I'm a Californian. -Leaf |
