I've dealt with Kari twice, she's really friendly and a
great person to deal with -- however both times I've dealt
with her it was under a different circumstance than 
ordering from her website ( I've dealt with her through
auctions..etc.). But it does seem like its been a while 
since she's updated her site, and she is very busy. Sorry
