Cels Forum

Cels are very unhappy in light.  Most people suggest UV protecting
glass to frame cels in.  I have never framed a cel, so I'm 
not sure.  You can use the search feature to search the forum
archives and find out more about this topic.  Also, in the
"additional info" section of the Internet Guide to Anime Cels
there should be links to some webpages with information on 
the framing topic.

As for Child Marron from the OVA or TV series, I have yet to 
see one.  Perhaps they have already been gobbled up by collectors.
I have seen a few of Chibi/Shrunken Marron from the
TV series but unfortunately none for sale!  (I don't really
care for Child Marron, but I would love to have Chibi/Shrunken
Marron (the little Marron with the _long_ hair))
