Cels Forum

Recently I purchased a 2-layer cel.  I noticed that when you
look at it in a glare, it looks like there is some kind of 
air or moisture in between the two layers.  If you touch the
outside, the stuff moves but does not come out.  I don't
want to try to seperate the two layers in fear of damaging
the cel.  Does anyone know what this stuff is and how to fix
it?  I was thinking maybe I could get the cel framed with
glare proof glass.  Would that work?
