If you'd prefer to see Japanese characters, instead of
those squares, try downloading a Japanese font:

Not sure, but you probably need to bid in person for the
auction. Which means you would need to be in Tokyo, Japan.
And you'll probably need a lot of money to buy one of those
cels ^_^.
