I send IPMOs to Japan on a regular basis.
Global Priority is the best way to go, as it takes only about
3 - 4 days to arrive and it costs only $5.
I've never had a loss.
Don't use Express Mail, as it's not really neccessary, though
it is tracable and insured, so is Global Priority.
Don't use registered either, as it could take up to two weeks
to arrive at its destination. This is because it is handled
by special carriers and with greater security and thus the time
involved. Besides, you really don't need it for an IPMO.
