Did anyone see any Card Captor Sakura cel with background?
I saw there are many good quality CCS cels selling at
various dealers, but I still haven't seen one dealer
carrying a CCS cel with background.
It seems like the studio only releasing the cels, but it
is keeping all the backgrounds.
