I did in fact recieve an email from Abdel about not getting my cel and the refund problem, on Friday.
For the past month and a half he has apparently joined the military, and plans to make good on refunds when he comes home on leave in Sept.
He also claimed that IPMOs took over 7 weeks to get cash from.
His time has not allowed access to computer over the past few weeks.
So I'll give him another chance and wait and see.
I can always have my bank do it's thing on Mo if it has to.
luckily for him, his email came before I turned it over to my bank.
