I just start collecting cel about 2 month ago, so I new to this stuff.

I have tried ordering item and cel from mangaya 3 time but they didn't reply back. Then I e-mail them asking why my order was never reply and still no answer. 

I am curious if am the only one having this kind of problem. BTW I did read their odering information before ordering.
