I don't think it is a problem to discuss this sort of thing here.
There really was no personal info given out about Isato.
Also, not every cel seller is a dealer.
As wheather a seller wants to keep a cel on hold longer than
normal for a purchaser, that's their choice. But they do need
to set their limits on occasion and if a purchaser is not paying
on time, then it's the seller's perogative to ask questions.
In my opinion, if a person wants to buy a cel, they should pay
immediately. 7 days is enough time to receive payment in the USA
and 10 days internationally. If you don't have the money to pay
for a cel right away, then don't waste the seller's time, by having
them put a cel on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. Many
sellers will say yes, and listen to excuses just to be nice, but I'm
sure that deep down inside, they just want to finish the transaction
and are gritting their teeth, wondering when and if they will receive
payment.
Of course some sellers are really lax and don't really care when they
get their money, most aren't like that.
So, my advice to Isato is that she only put cels on hold when she has
the money to pay for them immediately, NOT when she thinks she might
have it soon. Sure she will miss out on some cels because she really
can't afford them, but haven't we all?
