While I was in Japan, there was a Asuka cel on auction at the Mandarake. Starting price was around $1000 but nobody placed a single bid on it. A very small cel of Mononoke Hime was sold for 35000 yen (only one bid) and there was a nice cel from that anime for 250000 yen in the showcase. Probably it still there... Cheers, Yann S. |
