As far as I know, the manga publisher keep all the original
drawn pages. Sometimes, as the manga artist gets famous,
the publisher will host a gallery showing these original
manga drawn pages. For many popular mangas, the publisher
often need these original pages to re-print them in
different sizes every few years, like the regular size,
the pocket size or the thick special collector version.
I have seen a few of these drawings for sale, but they are
mostly from the 70s and 80s mangas, I believe they're
stolen ones too, and they're very expensive, more than cels.
