I tend to agree with Young.
As for being unique, unless you get a drawing with that cel, the company that produces those probably has 1 drawing and has everyone trace off that until it gets worn away(and how would that happen anyway....) then sell the cels alone.
Heck, most cel dealers in the US state that this Korean company contacted them(at least Parallax said he got 2 letters from them)so aside from minute differences, that Lemnear cel is getting mass produced.
By dictionary definition, it's probably unique, but I don't find anything that's being mass produced to be truely unique.
